Chocolatey heaven!
So a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon I felt that certain craving hit and there was really nothing for it but to break out the big guns. This Chocolate swissroll is filled with caramel and whipped cream before it is smothered (because there is no other word for it) in a dark chocolate ganache.
It is lick-your-plate-clean-delicious!
I posted its recipe to a FB page called 'Lekker Resepte vir die Jongergeslag' (translates as Delicious recipes for the younger generation) and it was made recipe of the day!
